Renovation of a flat in the newly built apartment building. Location wise it is usually in such parts of Prague as Smichov and Karlin. In our portfolio you can find some projects at Scare Cuere, River Island, Harfa. Usually the clients ask for more contemporary design, it is either a Scandinavian style, hi-tech or industrial style. The challenge for this project was that the client wished to incorporate into a clean contemporary design which went with the location and building very well some elements of the his countryside house in Russia. The idea was that when her children and grandchildren come and visit Prague they would feel like they are at their grandmother’s cozy house.

Project included: concept analysis, all technical documentations, 3D visualization; in terms of the construction works: kitchen installation, warm flooring in the bathrooms, full furnishing including textiles, antiques purchases from auctions and antique shops.

The price for 165 sq m appartment - 75 000 czk for the design project. Overall costs 0,9 ml czk including all the materials, construstion works, furniture, art and antiques, kitchen by Sikora, black and white eqiupment.
