The Process
Transforming a non-commercial space into a café and bakery. The main challenge was the documentation part and obtaining all the necessary permits for the requested renovation. In terms of the design - the clients wanted to have a place inspired by the 19th century bakery shops.
The project included: obtaining the permits, therefore detailed technical documentation, 3D visualization. In terms of the construction works: static works, radical engineering solutions, professional kitchen equipment, installation of the new windows, doors, new flooring, wall design, full furnishing.
The price for 250 sq m space - 100 000 czk for the design concept, 200 000 for the project permits and doumentation. Overall costs 5 ml czk including all the materials, construstion works, equipment, furniture, décor, tableware.
