Design packages:
1. Complex design and concept package includes:
- Meeting with the clients at the place (first meeting - free)
- Preparation of quick sketches or moodboards (meeting two - free)
- Preparation of 3D visualization, quotations.
Price:
– 50 000 czk for the space up to 100 sq m
– 75 000 czk for the space up to 175 sq m.
2. Stylistic package includes:
- Meeting with the clients at the place (free)
- Preparation of quick sketches or mood boards (free)
- Preparation of the color palate, furniture layout, detailed concept and information where to buy and prices for the main furniture pieces and other statement pieces which are key in the design.
Price:
– 25 000 czk for the space up to 100 sq m
– 40 000 czk for the space up to 175 sq m.
3. Kitchen package includes:
- Meeting with the clients at the place (free)
- Preparation of the 3D visualization and technical documents (deposit required)
- One visit to any kitchen studio in Prague.
Price:
– 20 000 czk for the space up to 15 sq m
– 30 000 czk for the space up to 30 sq m.
II. Construction works and supervision
The price is 10% from the quote of the construction works.
Special offer “Quick FIX” or day with the designer includes:
- meeting the client, valuation of the project, general measuring, photo documentation.
- visit to construction shops, assistance in choosing the paint, wallpaper etc
- Ikea visit.
- assistance in sourcing the additional lighting, soft- furnishing and decor at on-line stores like Zara Home, H&M, Pentik etc.
- quick sketch of the furniture layout if necessary.
